  • We will meet with you to get a better understanding of your business needs, products and website goals. We will then go away and work up a proposal for how we could work together. For this meeting it would be good to think in advance about what markets, customers and products are important to your organisation.

    We will then pull this information into a proposal that will outline the scope of work, associated costs, milestones and a project timeline.

  • Site structure is a super important element for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and we will work with you to get the site structure right. Making sure it is logical and uses the right keywords. To get this right we will undertake keyword research getting the mixture right between long tail and more competitive keywords.

    At every stage we will give you the opportunity to provide feedback before we move on.

  • Before we start writing any content, we will spend some time going through the design we are going to use in the selected CMS and understanding the components available. This means that we will then have an understanding of what components we are using on each page which will strengthen the copy we write.

  • Using the keyword research we did to support with creating the site structure we will write optimised web copy for all the pages we are creating. We will ensure that these pages have all of the relevant on page search engine indicators such as meta-titles, descriptions and header tags.

  • We will build the initial web pages and give you a site preview before going live. This is an opportunity to refine anything before we push it live.

  • Before we finish the project we will make sure that we show you how to update the content management system, providing handover notes where needed.
